I have had a love affair with Barbie since I was a little girl and my Dad bought me the Barbie dream house for my birthday. It was a wonderful thing that stood almost as tall as me with beautiful rooms, posh furniture and even an elevator that took Barbie from the main floor all the way up to the penthouse level. With Barbie I was able to escape reality and imagine fantastic things like trips to exotic places like the bath tub which became the ocean, fantastic parties and a home of my own. Not only that but Barbie helped me dream big and believe that I could be anything I wanted to be. Now I get to share the fun and adventure of Barbie with my own kids.
I often catch my kids playing everything from school to ER with their Barbie dolls, but their favourite thing to do is to dress them up and play out scenes from their favourite movies. The creativity doesn’t stop there though, my girls are rather fond of digging into my fabric box and making outfits to match which ever scene they are playing out in their minds. When Barbie is on board I can get an hour or more of free time to spend with my son or get some things done around the house. I love Barbie even more just for that.
My kids, regularly ask for Barbie dolls as gifts and with 5 to shop for I look to save money on them any way that I can. That’s why I am so excited to ask you to See What Happens When you Save With Barbie. Starting August 7th on Tuesdays and Thursdays Websaver.ca is going to release special printable coupons that you can use to purchase Barbie dolls, accessories, family members, estates and fairytale essentials! I’m going to use them to help me get my Christmas shopping done early! Maybe this year the kids will finally get the convertible or camper that
I they want so bad.
Don’t worry if about forgetting about the coupons I’ll be sharing them on my Facebook of Twitter accounts as new coupons come out so follow me there if you don’t want to miss a thing. Don’t forget to check out the Barbie Facebook Page for even more fun!
Disclosure: I am participating in a Mom Central Consulting campaign for Barbie and receive compensation for my post. All opinions on this blog are my own.
