My Little Monsters

I like to joke about my kids being my little monsters, and goodness knows that they have had their fair share of moments, but on the whole my kids are pretty awesome creatures. I am one lucky Mama. When the kids have been good little monsters it’s fun to surprise them with one of their favourite treats, Kinder Surprise Eggs. I’m not sure which tickles their fancy more, the chocolate or the toy, but when they have one of those eggs in their hot little hands hilarity ensues.

Check out my daughter having fun with one of the newest additions to the Kinder toy collection, Randy Boggs.

This was only a snippet of the fun that the kids have been having with the Monsters University Kinder toys. They have buried them outside, played hot and cold by hiding them around the house and stuffed them in pockets for fun on the go. Best of all for the first time ever specially-marked Monsters U Kinder® Surprise® packages are guaranteed to contain 100% licensed toys. That means no monstrous outbreaks because one of the kids got a special treat and the others didn’t. That’s awesome!

The kids loved Sullivan and Boo from the first movie and since Monsters U has come out we’ve watched it a couple of times. We haven’t yet seen Monsters University, but can’t wait for it to come out on DVD. In the meantime Kinder treats, and Monsters U board games are a fun way to keep my little monsters happy and entertained. Just don’t tell them that mommy monster is sneaking the odd sweet treat behind their back.
