Easy Thai Dipping Sauce for Spring Rolls

I love Thai spring rolls, but stick to the frozen variety because I have yet to find the time to source the ingredients and learn how to make them. Until recently I used plum sauce to dunk them into, but it just isn’t the same. I was left unsatisfied and craving the sauce from our favourite Thai restaurant. I set to work trying out a few recipes I found online and then tweaking them to my taste. I have two recipes but this super easy one is what I keep coming back to.

Thai Sauce-1

  1. I too love spring rolls and feel the same way, plum sauce just does not work with spring rolls, your dipping sauce is easy enough to make and I am going to try it next time I have spring rolls, thanks for sharing
