My life can be described in one word
I work full time outside the home as an Optician, have a busy home life, and I’m trying to make monthly girls night in/out a thing.
That means when it comes to blogging opportunities they have to enhance my life in some way. Beyond that they also have to be a good fit for our family. I love free stuff as much as the next person, but free samples don’t pay the bills and often it’s less work for me, and more enjoyable for my family, if I just go out and buy what ever you are offering. Feel free to assume that if you don’t hear back from me when you email that either it wasn’t a good fit, I’m just too busy, or I’m not that into your product. I don’t mind follow up emails, but the same rules apply.
Make your offer interesting, an experience if you will, cover my expenses and toss in a little extra for the funky shoe fund and I guarantee I will do my very best to showcase your product in the way it deserves.
I love crafting blog posts, Instagram worthy shots, engaging Facebook posts, Youtube videos, and even live Periscoping product unboxings and reviews. Depending on the product or service you want covered my kids may be willing to get involved. They love being in front of the camera almost as much as I do.
I love being true to myself and online brand. I don’t choose opportunities just because they can make me money. I look brands and products that are a natural fit for myself and my family and then create unique and and content that engages my followers. I am choosy so that I can give my all to those brands that want to form a partnership with me.
